Headed to Thailand and southeast Asia on January 3rd!

Although I first designed this blog as the easiest way to keep my mother up to date on where I am and when.... feel free to use it as an excuse for a distraction at work/school!

I'll be gone until mid-March, and I can see this blog quickly turning into a lot of pictures of Pad Thai and Pad See Ew (kind of hoping that is what my life is like over there every day)..... Enjoy!
